Designed for self-service operation, the open front is paired with lightweight, vertically hinged rear loading doors for fast restocking.
Inside, three removable 8mm toughened glass shelves provide flexible merchandising options, with the top and lower shelves being height adjustable to optimise product display. Integral fluorescent lighting enhances product visibility, ensuring an attractive, illuminated presentation.
A stainless steel recessed top and removable recessed well allow convenient service access and simplify cleaning. Mounted on four low-level castors, the unit is easy to position for service or cleaning access.
Engineered to meet EN ISO 23953-2:2005 operating standards, the RMR65SP delivers performance to M1 classification (-1�C to +5�C) in Climate Class 3 environments (25�C, 60% RH, 0.2m/s). In-house testing confirms the unit maintains core temperatures below +5�C for pre-chilled food in ambient conditions up to 27�C at 50% relative humidity. A microprocessor-based temperature controller, automatic defrost function, and condensate handling system ensure stable, reliable, and low-maintenance operation.
