The Victor RW30MSG General Purpose Refrigerated Blown Air Well with gantry is designed to complement Victor�s General Purpose Hot Cupboards, enabling a coordinated modular hot and cold servery system.
Constructed from stainless steel with a 304 grade stainless steel well, this unit provides a durable, hygienic chilled display solution for busy foodservice environments. The well features a 100mm load line indicator to support safe food presentation and is completely removable for straightforward cleaning and maintenance.
It is microprocessor controlled, with automatic defrost and condensate management for reliable, low-maintenance operation.
The unit is supplied on four 100 mm swivel castors, two braked, to allow easy positioning and secure installation.
Engineered to meet EN ISO 23953-2:2005 requirements, the RW30MS operates to M1 performance classification (-1 �C to +5 �C) in Climate Class 3 conditions and maintains core temperatures below +5 �C for pre-chilled food in ambient environments up to 27 �C and 50% RH.
